Hi I'm Emily, one of the founders of Choc and Chip Bakery!

Baking has always been a passion of mine that’s been with me since childhood. I fondly remember helping my mum in the kitchen, mixing batter and sneaking tastes, and on weekends when she was at work, my dad and I would spend hours baking from my favorite cookbook. Those moments were filled with love and the delightful scent of freshly baked goods, creating memories that have stayed with me.

As I grew older, I carried that love for baking with me, turning it into a way to bring joy to friends and family in my hometown of Gloucester. Now, I’m ready to share that joy on a larger scale and let more people experience the warmth and happiness that homemade cookies can bring. Every cookie I make is crafted from scratch with original recipes that I’ve perfected over time. These recipes are adaptable, allowing me to create each batch as something unique and special.

I also love experimenting with new flavors and taking classic recipes to the next level. Whether it’s a twist on a traditional chocolate chip or a daring combination that might surprise you, I’m always looking for ways to surprise taste buds and create a memorable experience.
